Privacy Policy
We maintain a privacy policy as to social security numbers and other private information as defined by law.
We will only use social security numbers and driver’s license numbers as needed and as required by law.
These private numbers and/or information are used to identify parties, whether for initial service of court documents, for certain court orders, in required reports files with the state of Ohio, or for other required purposes.
Please be aware that modern communication often necessitates the use of the internet and third-party services. Our firm utilizes various secure cloud-based services; however, there is an inherent risk that the use of such services may compromise confidentiality and privilege. While traditional methods, such as the U.S. mail, can be used to mitigate these risks, they are generally not practical for regular correspondence. Clients should remain informed of these considerations and make decisions about their communication preferences accordingly.
Our employees have access to this personal information but will not release it without attorney authorization.
