Annual U.S. Comprehensive Monitoring
The comprehensive service watches for similar trademark applications published in the USPTO Official Gazette, confusingly similar uses in top-level domains, and common-law uses across databases, periodicals, and trade journals. Clients receive regular reports so they can file Notices of Opposition against conflicting applications and take enforcement action where warranted.
Annual U.S. Federal Monitoring
A more affordable option focused exclusively on similar trademark applications published in the USPTO Official Gazette, so clients can respond quickly to potential threats at the point where an opposition is still available.
