Results within four business days. Checks USPTO records and all fifty state trademark registries, identifies confusingly similar marks, and uncovers common-law uses that never resulted in a formal filing.
U.S. Federal Clearance Search
Next-day turnaround. Searches federal USPTO filings and includes a written recommendation on the viability of the brand.
